Spark AI is an AI-powered task management and scheduling assistant that helps users organize their tasks, analyze memos, and manage their calendar. The service is available through web applications and desktop software.

4. Subscription Plans

Spark offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited features with daily usage limits
  • Pro Plan: Unlimited features with monthly subscription
  • Team Plan: Enterprise features for team collaboration

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPARK AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
