Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Spark AI offers refunds for subscription payments under the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service that we cannot resolve
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

2. Free Trial Period

Spark Pro includes a 7-day free trial. During this period, you will not be charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will be applied. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at spark.agentai@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction ID or receipt (if available)

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day refund period
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
  • Refunds requested due to violation of our Terms of Service

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the billing period.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge, we may suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
